2. How did Matthew 9:38 Ministries get started? It is a non-profit Christian ministry that began in 2013 as SRM Community Outreach. It started as a door-to-door ministry. Eventually it expanded to partner with Churches in the community where outreach was conducted,

Although the role of an evangelist is called by God, all believers in Jesus Christ are mandated to share their faith.
